I also think that only one login attempt without password should be made before asking for a password.Error: Exit code: 2. In case there's something wrong with the calendar, Thunderbird should show an error message and the interface shouldn't lock up like this.

Using the latest beta, I tried to add a calendar from a Radicale server.
